Rule 66
Promotion Committee Secretariat and Meeting
(1) According to sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Act, the ministry will carry out the work of the promotion secretariat in accordance with section 25 of the Act for the purpose of promotion to the authorized level positions through performance evaluation.
(2) According to clauses (a) and (b) of rule 65, the secretariat of the promotion committee will be the relevant body for the promotion of assistant level posts.
(3) In order to fill the vacancies under each group or sub-group of the service by evaluating the performance, the promotion committee will meet every six months.
